Introduction

The Artificial Intelligence Research Institute of University of Science and Technology Beijing was established in July 2018, the first batch of artificial intelligence majors in the country, and was approved in May 2019 for “Artificial Intelligence Science and Engineering” as a high-precision discipline in Beijing universities. The Institute relies on the construction of advantageous disciplines such as school control, computers, instruments, communications, machinery, metallurgy, materials, and mining, and focuses on the country’s major needs in the field of artificial intelligence, featuring intelligent unmanned systems and intelligent manufacturing, aiming to create artificial intelligence A high ground for basic theoretical research, research on key technologies of intelligent unmanned systems, application of intelligent manufacturing engineering and talent training, and build a world-class innovation platform.

Joining the research institute, you will be integrated into the research institutes of the research institute as a teacher, and carry out scientific research in the basic theory of artificial intelligence, intelligent control, cognitive computing, and intelligent communication. As well as co-training masters and doctors with related disciplines, conducting artificial intelligence teaching, guiding artificial intelligence technology innovation and other activities.

“Distinguished Scholar of University of Science and Technology Beijing”

1.The school provides pre-tax salary of more than RMB 800,000 per year, and enjoys normal teaching and research allowances, various awards and secondary unit allowances, and there is no ceiling.

2.School housing subsidies are discussed for each matter.

3.The school provides research start-up funding of RMB 5-10 million.

“Leading Scholar of University of Science and Technology Beijing”

1.The school provides pre-tax salary of more than 650,000 yuan per year, and enjoys normal teaching and research allowances, various awards and secondary unit allowances, and there is no ceiling.

2.The school provides housing subsidies of RMB 2 to 3 million.

3.The school provides research start-up funding of RMB 3-6 million.

“Dingxin Scholar of University of Science and Technology Beijing”

“Young Scholar of University of Science and Technology Beijing”

1.Young talents who have achieved outstanding performance recognized by domestic and foreign peer experts in the corresponding discipline, have obvious advantages in their academic level, and have greater development potential in the same discipline, can be directly hired as distinguished professors or associate professors, and enjoy the corresponding on-campus treatment of professors and associate professors . Particularly outstanding individuals can be selected as “USTB Young Scholars” and receive an additional talent allowance of RMB 80,000 per year.

2.For the special-appointed professor school to provide scientific research start-up funding of no less than RMB 500,000, the special associate professor school provides no less than RMB 300,000 for the scientific research start-up fund.

Postdoctoral researcher

Postdoctoral researchers are an important new force engaged in scientific research in our school. For qualified entrants, the school provides support conditions as follows:

1.The salary is jointly funded by the school and the tutor, and the cooperating tutor can provide additional supporting facilities without any upper limit.

2.Provide postdoctoral apartment or turnover room.

3.Selected post-doctoral innovative talent support program, post-doctoral exchange program personnel abroad (overseas), the school salary is superimposed.

4.Candidates with excellent academic performance in the station can be treated as special associate professors and special professors.

5.Those with excellent academic performance during the station may stay in school to teach after leaving the station.

Foreign teacher
