Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of product development focused NPI experience with knowledge on consumer electronic industry.
- Proficiency in English and capability to summarize, claim, and state technical issues clearly.
- Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with PD, operations and other multi-functional team on NPI build activities.
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
- Interested in new technologies, self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- Knowledge on enclosure process such as tooling, molding, CNC, stamping, ANO is plus.
- Able and willing to travel domestically (70%)
- Able to work under pressure, own decisions and comfortable working in dynamic environment
