Position: Upper School Learning Support and EAL Specialist
We are seeking an experienced teacher for the position of Upper School Learning Support and EAL Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students with learning difficulties or English as an Additional Language (EAL) needs within our Middle Years Programme (MYP).
Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience working with students who have learning difficulties or EAL needs
– Experience teaching in an IB MYP curriculum preferred
– Knowledge of best practices in differentiated instruction, assessment, and intervention strategies
– Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
– Excellent communication skills in English
