YOUR ROLE

• Job Purpose
• Manage plant facility maintenance with TPM methodology.
• Lead plant investment projects.
• Implement continuous improvement and drive automation to support production efficiency.
• Utilize maintenance cost to keep plant facility in good condition.

• Key Dimensions
• Set up and lead an effective maintenance team to drive plant facilities management strategy success.
• Cooperation with cross-function team to finish the new projects within timeline.
• Innovation on the technology to achieve automation strategy for traditional production line.
• Balance repair and upgrade on the maintenance cost utilization.

• Principal Accountabilities
•  Plan the annual budget, headcount planning and the cost control of the maintenance department 负责工程部部的年度预算计划,人力资源计划和成本控制 15%
• Lead the plant CAPEX investment projects with cross-function team.领导工厂固定投资项目的实施，与各部门通力合作确保项目达成。 15%
• Organize, coach and motive employee to drive the TPM methodology implementation. Ensure the maintenance strategy deployment as plan.组织、培训和激励员工努力实施全员维护维修策略。确保工厂维修战略按计划执行。 15%
• Fulfill the compliance SHE requirements from government regulations and Henkel company code including safety production law, LOTOTO, PTW, etc…履行国家和汉高公司准则中关于安全的管理要求，包括安全生产法、设备锁定程序、作业票许可制度等规范。 15%
• Embrace innovation to drive the automation through new technologies, LEAN methodology and self-study.通过新技术、精益生产和不断的自我学习，以积极变革的心态推动工厂的自动化进程。 15%
• Manage the external suppliers to provide stable service quality, prompt response and compliance behaviors in plant. Ensure effective urgent response maintenance system for plant operation.管理公司第三方服务方，促使其提供稳定可靠的服务质量、快速 反应态度并保证工厂内的行为合规合法。 建立有效的紧急维修应急体系保证工厂运营的稳定。 15%
• Plan and execute the employee annual training program and performance evaluation. Empower and engage the subordinates with passion and aggressive spirit.制定和执行员工年度培训计划和绩效评估。激励下属的工作热情，创造富有进取心的工作氛围。 10%
