Possesses extensive knowledge of the company’s philosophy and policies.

Specializes in international business development and sales.

Possesses advanced job knowledge and is fully competent in all aspects of the job.

Performs more advanced assignments requiring independent decisions.

Resolves problems using sophisticated techniques and an exceptional degree of ingenuity.

Under minimal direction, completed work is reviewed for desired results.
Minimum Requirements

英语、商务、工程类本科或硕士学历。

8年以上业务拓展相关经验，有建筑工程领域工作经验者优先；

熟悉中国房地产市场，具备流利的中英文双语能力，良好的沟通技巧、合同谈判能力以及高效的文字处理能力

具备高度的主动性，成熟谨慎、责任心强。

具备良好的人际沟通能力，能在压力下工作。
