Job Description

  • To be manager-in-charge of designated Private Equity (PE) clients and supervise team members to address all clients’ and investors’ requests accurately and timely
  • To develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, investors and other fund participants;
  • To review team members’ work and provide necessary guidance to them especially on complicated tasks
  • To provide ongoing training to team members to enhance their technical knowledge and soft skills
  • To coordinate with offshore supporting teams and ensure adequate resources are properly allocated and utilized
  • To maintain professional skepticism on all risky areas and escalate to senior management timely
  • To identify improvement areas in workflows in order to enhance work efficiency
  • To assist senior management in handling internal administrative tasks and ad hoc projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of fund accounting experience in PE industries
  • Experience in managing client relationship and deliverables
  • Experience in managing people within the organization
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills
  • ‘Can do’ attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines, working under pressure and lead by example
