Mathematics Teacher (IGCSE and A-level)

Dipont Education is seeking a Mathematics teacher (A-level) to join our high school program at Chengdu Shishi High School, a top-ranking school in Sichuan Province, China, with roots leading back to ancient times.

Location: Chengdu, Sichuan province

Start Date: August 2025

Contract type: Full-time fixed term

Chengdu Shishi High School is likely the oldest school in the world, standing on the site of the first Chinese public school, built by a Han dynasty governor in 141 BC. Students in the Dipont High School program are full members of the rest of the school, meaning they can enjoy the benefits of both a large community of peers, as well as the more focused center activities.

The Mathematics teacher role

The candidate should have experience delivering mathematics at the high school level. The school offers IGCSE and A-level courses to students aged 16 to 18 years old. The candidate will help students develop their language abilities, and critical thinking skills, and get them ready to study overseas.
