你的角色

Job Summary

• Focus on employee management, production process and product quality improvement, no safety, quality issue;
• make sure workshop meet Henkel SHE standard, and quality satisfy with customer requirement, stable team;
• Obey to supervisor assignment;

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility production line ‘staff management, process, quality ,SHE, products commissioning etc. all activities

Accountabilities (Time in %)

• Participate the all workshop management SHE activity, improve the process to reduce the production line SHE risk,-25%
• Conduct the daily work order on time, maintain and establish the work instruction in the SAP, ensure good team.-15%
• Process improvement such as cycle time reduction, quality stable, productivity etc. and make product related complaint investigation-25%
• Team management, and recruitment, training, assessment subordinate performance-20%
• Improvement the process to reduce material waste ;Communication with operator by daily meeting and training-15%

Required Qualifications
