Job brief
Seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and diligent research assistant to aid in carrying out research agenda. Applications from any areas related to management, marketing, and information systems are acceptable, but preference will be given to applicants with expertise/ interest in one or more of the following areas: Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing.
Stipend: NTD 220-250 / hour, with 8-10 hours of work per week
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Research Assistant or similar role
Excellent administrative skills
Knowledge of research methods- quantitative/ qualitative
Academic and/or work experience related to the field of research
Experience with specialized software or datasets, as required by the supervisor
Satisfactory academic progress
Ability to devote time as required by the supervisor
Responsibilities
Conduct literature reviews
Collect and analyze data as advised
Interviewing consumers: Prepare interview questions, recruit and/or interview subjects, maintain accurate records of interviews, safeguarding the confidentiality of subjects, as necessary, transcribe/ record and Summarize interviews
Case writing: researching material related to the case and summarizing as required by the supervisor.
Request or acquire equipment or supplies necessary for the research
Manage and respond to research related emails
Attend research work meetings
Prepare other articles, reports, and presentations
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor. Monthly work requirements and schedules must be discussed with the supervisor to ensure that the work priorities can be accomplished.
