Job Description
Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: marine/coastal/wetland biology, environmental ecotoxicology (i.e., using aquatic vertebrate model), environmental microbiology, environmental health, environmental biotechnology, environmental law and policy are welcome.
Job Requirement
Candidates should have a PhD degree with working experience in a related discipline. Successful candidate is expected to be committed to excellence in undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching with English. Strong English language skill including speaking and writing is
mandatory. Preference will be given to candidate who can teach courses relating to General Biology, Microbiology, Environmental Health and Toxicology, Diversity of Life, Environmental Biotechnology, Ethics, and undertake independent research leading to outstanding outcomes, including publications in high-quality international peer-review journals. Candidates with proven track record in research grant application as well asinternational experience such as learning, and working is an advantages. Academic rank will be determined in accordance with the successful candidate’s experience and accomplishments.

Appointment Terms
Appointment to this position will initially be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Continuation of appointment beyond the initial term will be subject to mutual agreement. The College reserves the right not to fill these positions, or to extend the search until suitable candidates are identified or to make an appointment by invitation.
