AECOM is seeking a Project Assistant to be based in Shanghai office.

Preparing marketing / BD documents, including but not limited to CVs, Project sheets, Announcements, Capability Statement, PPT, for MD’s review
Translating Presentations, Reports and other documents for MD, TD or PM’s review
Arranging meetings, tele-conference, net meetings
Managing studio daily operations and administration
Supporting project teams on the project documents, documents hard copies archiving and e-filings
University degree holder with prior experience as an administrative assistant
Generally requires 0 to 3 years experience in a similar role.
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office ( including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (version 2007) )
Basic skills of Adobe Acrobat Pro and In design CS
Good knowledge of office equipment.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent communication and writing skills both in Chinese and English are a must.
