QS Intern

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a QS Intern to be based in Shanghai office.

Requirements:

• Learning on the method of measurements, code of valuation with bill of quantity works

• Learning on use quantities pricing software and drawing measurement software;

• Participate and support in preparation of BoQ, and tender evaluation

Minimum Requirements

• 具有国家承认的工程造价、建筑工程管理、或相关专业专科及以上学历；

• 具有造价咨询、建筑及施工行业1年及以上工作经验；

• 能独立完成本专业的工程量计量工作，熟练掌握并使用广联达计价软件；

• 理解并熟悉工程量清单的编制，了解国标清单，能运用定额计价；

• 如工作需要，能接受短期（1-6个月）出差安排；

• 有提供专业技术服务的意识和态度；

• 重视团队合作，有公平公正的专业处事态度；

• 优良的抗压能力，勇于接受挑战，对新事物和观点有较高的接受度

• 获得行业的工程造价或相关专业资格证书；

• 中英文良好。
