Position Title: Recruiter
Division: Administration
Supervisor: Senior Director of Human Resources and Government Relations
Position Summary: The Recruiter works in close association with the Assistant Heads of School-PA, the Senior Director of Human Resources and divisional Principals on the recruitment of all expat faculty hires by providing coordination to the recruitment process. S/he works closely with other team members in the HR department for special projects as assigned.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years successful related admin experience in an international work setting
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting type work
- Proven success working with a diverse population
- Ability to formulate and lead data driven decisions

Key Areas of Responsibility
Expat Recruitment—Coordinates the recruiting process for positions with the support of HR team and the AHOS-PA.
- Work with SDHRGR and AHOS-PA to prepare annual recruitment plan
- Identifies sources to advertise personnel openings
- Manages advertising
- Works with marketing to prepares recruitment materials
- Coordinates Concordia recruitment fairs
- Applicant Management
- Manages databases and recruitment sites
- Maintains a pool of potential candidates
- Identifies and invites candidates to apply, interview, etc.
- Screens applications
- Communicates with applicants
- Coordinates expat interviews both online and onsite
- Follow-up on all applications
- Provides and maintains documentation summarizing the annual recruitment process
PRC Recruitment – Support the recruiting process for the PRC positions as required by the SDHRGR.
- Manage advertising
- Screen applications
- Phone interview
Orientation –
- Coordinates all aspects of the orientation of expat and PRC staff.
- Ensures training is provided as needed for expat and support staff
- Assists in gathering feedback at the end of each transition cycle
Other projects:
- Maintain HR policies, PRC handbooks and expat handbooks
- Keep HR files in employee center updated
Other duties as assigned.
