We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst – DIGITAL, DATA INNOVATION-TKH.

Principal responsibilities

  • Capture and generalize requirements from Product, Operations, Clients and Account Management.

  • Demonstrate the end to end analysis on the requirement, create process models, flowcharts, and other visual representations to help stakeholders understand the current state and envision the desired future state.

  • Work with product managers to prioritize requirements based on business value, risk, and feasibility.

  • Communicate requirements to the UX and engineering team, ensuring that everyone has a clear understanding of what needs to be achieved and validate that the proposed solution meets the business needs and expectations.

  • Work closely with the development team throughout the development and implementation process, providing input and feedback to ensure that the solution meets the business requirements.

  • Coordinates and supports UAT.

  • Run show & tell to business stateholder to ensure that the solution meets the needs of the end-users.

  • Support to plan and execute change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.

    • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, information technology, computer science, or a related field.

    • 5+ year minimum Business Analyst experience with enterprise level financial applications.

    • Ability to understand customer business process and requirements and translate into a functional requirement across a wide array of products and technologies.

    • Understanding of the Asset Management/Custody/Fund Services industries, and supporting technology and business processes.

    • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data)

    • Fluent in English.

    • Prior experience with Agile and User Story writing.

    • Ability to draft Process Flows, and Activity Diagrams.

    • Good analytical and problem analysis skills.

    • Excellent multitasking ability – Must have ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities, and to drive business outcome.

    • Hands-on experience in Project/Requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Visio.     

    Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
