AECOM is seeking a Quantity Survey Intern to be based in Shanghai office.

Lead and manage EHS regulation service projects, including regulation update tracking, data base management, risk assessment tool development and related paperwork;
Provide trainings to EHS and LHR teams from different industries.
Routine communications with factories, regional governments and agencies, and clients through emails and phone calls to follow up on the correction status;
Desktop review of corrective action plans and evidence, and track the data properly;
Maintenance of project database and folders, and archive the records in a timely manner;
Participate in routine internal and external project meetings, and timely reply to client’s request;
Other related follow up jobs assigned.
Minimum 2 years’ working experiences
Bachelor degree or above, in laws and management, environmental, chemical, or related engineering disciplines;
Superior communication skills and working individually and as a group;
Strong learning and adaptability;
Excellent English verbal and writing skills; and
Computer skills including MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Data management experience is a plus; and
Related EHS and CSR audit experiences are preferred.
