AECOM is seeking a Quantity Survey Intern to be based in Shanghai office.

Responsibilities

  • Regulation service:

  • Lead and manage EHS regulation service projects, including regulation update tracking, data base management, risk assessment tool development and related paperwork;

  • Provide trainings to EHS and LHR teams from different industries.

  • Desktop follow-up:

  • Routine communications with factories, regional governments and agencies, and clients through emails and phone calls to follow up on the correction status;

  • Desktop review of corrective action plans and evidence, and track the data properly;

  • Maintenance of project database and folders, and archive the records in a timely manner;

  • Participate in routine internal and external project meetings, and timely reply to client’s request;

  • Other related follow up jobs assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experiences

  • Bachelor degree or above, in laws and management, environmental, chemical, or related engineering disciplines;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Superior communication skills and working individually and as a group;

  • Strong learning and adaptability;

  • Excellent English verbal and writing skills; and

  • Computer skills including MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Data management experience is a plus; and

  • Related EHS and CSR audit experiences are preferred.
