Senior Manager, Chassis (f/m/d)

Job Description

• You take charge of the growth and development of the Chassis Team, involving competence building and optimization of function in the China market
• You execute chassis projects and guide team leaders for smooth completion of projects within the defined milestones and budget
• You develop the latest chassis technologies and technical roadmap of chassis, based on your understanding of the Chinese markets as well as the strategy of the related business in China
• You support acquisition of chassis projects in China as well as international
• You optimize the design and testing processes within the engineering group
• You manage customer expectations based on a wide varying experience and you initiate frequently required customized solutions for each customer
• You establish a standard operating procedure through different subsidiaries of chassis globally
• You match customer expectation, group capability and costs
• You collaborate with interdisciplinary project team and international development partners
