AECOM is seeking a Senior TA Manager to be based in Shanghai office.

Responsibilities

  • Make PRC TA work strategy and action plans at each year beginning by leveraging internal and external resources to drive TA work advancement and upgrading

  • Liaise with Business Hiring Leads of the various business lines across AECOM PRC to understand business needs and position requirements and provide advice on the Hiring Strategy and Recruitment process

  • Keep optimizing of Recruitment Operations including assisting in application form and job advertising design, short-listing candidates by paper and phone screening, coordinating assessment centers and business line interviews, communicating offer and onboarding process to selected candidates as well as dispositioning unsuccessful applicants once the recruitment campaign is completed

  • Build up good relationships with internal stakeholders such as hiring managers and external parties such as recruitment firms

  • Be involved in Employment Branding Strategy and Employee Value Proposition targeting graduate hires

  • Coach and encourage team members to build up a highly efficient and professional recruitment team;

  • Handle senior hire cases from end to end which includes but not limited to Job Briefing, Searching, Interviews and offering process

  • Lead events and roadshow for Campus Recruitment, domestic and international universities relations and diverse activities implementation for Employer Branding and Promotion

  • Work as PRC TA window and bridge to collaborate with Asia and Global TA team and implement the updates/localizations for TA related rules and regulations within the company

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ years of recruitment experience of which agency exposure is welcome in a MNC and dynamic recruitment environment – of which engineering / construction industry/ Architecture Design would be a distinct advantage.

  • ATS experience particularly in Workday and BrassRing may be advantageous

  • Headhunt, market-map whilst targeting high performing candidates in rival firms

  • Proactive and creative sourcing and research techniques on hard-to-fill assignments

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experienced in working with geographically dispersed virtual teams, as well as having the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.

  • Good ability in data analysis with impact; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Good Leadership and Coaching skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • With 3-5years experience in TA management position in MNC companies is preferred;
