Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

• Lead and coordinate on-site Plumbing-Fire Fighting activities of project, coordinate with related design, bidding and cost control works;

• 负责项目现场消防给排水管理和协调，并能配合协调 专业相关设计、招标造价控制工作；

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Plumbing or Fire Fighting;

• Certificate: Intermediate engineer or above

• 5 years’ or above related working experience; having been responsible for on-site Plumbing-Fire Fighting; experienced of Plumbing-Fire Fighting installation in light chemical.

• Good English skills, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• 与各设计顾问协调工作，保证设计的质量及进度满足项目计划的要求；

• 参与节点大样及深化图的审核工作；

• 参与材料检查、选型的流程和材料的备选建议；

• 进行项目设计的专题研究工作，保证设计的领先性、创新性；

• 监督与配合现场施工，保证项目的顺利进行；

• 收集专业竣工资料，撰写设计工作总结报告；

• 协助建立和完善项目机电设计标准和工程管理标准流程；

• 参与施工图会审，审核机电施工图纸设计合理性和经济性，并提出专业意见；

• 参与审核项目机电工程施工规划细则，确保其符合质量标准与要求；

• 巡视施工现场，对项目机电工程进行全面施工质量审核并监督施工进度；

• 建立机电工程相关资料库和工程备案所需的资料；

• 组织机电施工工程的验收工作；

• 参与机电工程调试。
