ALUMNI AFFAIRS OFFICE

Hong Kong Baptist University has been awarded funding under Job Creation Scheme 2.0 supported by the Government to create employment opportunities amidst the deteriorating economy due to the pandemic.

Senior Officer / Officer (PR0167/22-23)

The incumbent will be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to supporting the planning and implementation of alumni events and activities, database administration, video editing and graphic production of publicity materials. The incumbent is also expected to carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Applicants should possess a recognised degree with at least five years of solid experience in the areas of administration, marketing, communications, and event management. Relevant experience in alumni affairs or marketing communication are definite assets. The appointee is expected to be a self-starter with solid experience and rich knowledge of video editing and graphic production software such as Final Cut Pro, After Effect, Premiere, Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Officer. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

The appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract from seven to nine months.
