Required experience in flat panel display backplane Transistor process technology and/or Semiconductor Front-end Process technology development experiences;
Experienced in management of related field, i.e. Transistor process, Manufacturing equipment, Fab operation, R&D activities and background with Transistor device engineering;
Self-motivated and willing to take challenges to new technology and will and ability to travel. Strong written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
