The mission of ByteDance Ads Platform is to connect global advertisers and users, advertisers of any industry and experience level are able to get suitable marketing solutions, then easily create, manage and optimize ads. The Core Ads team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to build highly scalable machine learning products that determine what ads billions of ByteDance users see and engage with. You will be responsible for helping ‘millions’ of advertisers improve their return on ad spend, growing overall monetization efficiency, and protecting the experience of our users, creators and community through industry leading recommendation system.
1. Build next-gen bidding, budget and automation ad products
2. Improve ad personalization, relevance and ranking
3. Optimize ad inventory strategy for revenue and user experience
4. Shape delivery insights that shed light on ML system for marketers and brands
5. Enable advertisers to achieve true business value with upper and lower funnel objectives
6. Grow advertiser retention via enhanced delivery experience and higher ROI
1. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with machine learning/ recommendation system a plus.
2. At least 3-5 years of commercial experience in a product management role, with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization.
3. Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
4. Highly analytical with excellent communication, organizational skills.
