Job Description

Overview
• You’ll be responsible for the strategic recruitment for a global manufacturer of industry-leading construction and mining equipment, port and oil drilling machinery, and renewable wind-energy systems. You’ll foster relationships with the business leaders of the organization, develop a strong business acumen and learn the extraordinary Sany culture. You will also establish credible relationships with hiring leaders, and ensure a smooth recruiting process and establish a superb extraordinary candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute recruitment strategy to include internal and external searches, identifying top talent across multiple skillsets and career levels
• Effectively partner with business and HR stakeholders to drive and own the local recruitment strategy
• Deliver best-in-class experience to both internal and external parties
• Conduct market research ensuring an ongoing understanding of overall recruitment landscape
• Manage agency and third-party relationships, build long term partnership with external experts
• Provide reporting and recruitment data analytics to ensure decisions are data driven and supported

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree above,
• Combination of in-house and agency recruitment experience
• Proven success directly sourcing and adopting creative approaches to build candidate pipelines
• Prior track record of successfully building, inspiring and managing a recruiting team
• Ability to remain calm under urgency, to multi-task, to roll your sleeves up, to be client focused, and to adapt in a fast changing environment
• Experience leading with data analysis, reporting and presentation
