Job Description
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 2+ years managing a software team focused on distributed systems
- Experience building and managing technical software teams
- Experience leading effective development processes to deliver high quality software
- Experience with OLTP, OLAP, and ETL systems is a plus
- Experience scaling distributed systems with lots of data
- Knowledge of Golang, Linux, Docker, PostgreSQL, and React JS is a plus
- Manufacturing experience or exposure is a plus, but not required
