Job Brief
We are looking for people who are fluent in any of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, European Portuguese, German, Arabic or Japanese. The candidates will translate, edit or proofread ICT-related documents. Your words will inform and engage target audiences.

Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and experienced translator with a strong background in localization or globalization.

Responsibilities
• Translate from English to Spanish, English to Russian, English to European Portuguese, English to German, English to Arabic or English to Japanese as required
• Edit and proofread the translations as needed
• Base in Shanghai

Requirements
• Native speaker in Spanish, Russian, European Portuguese, German, Arabic or Japanese, with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Good command of Chinese, reading in particular. Chinese HSK 6 is preferred.
• Proven experience in ICT-related translation, editing or proofreading; willing to make long-term development in the translation industry. Working in translation company or localization company is preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Strong learning ability; Great attention to detail; Collaborative spirit; Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Highly receptive to new developments; Excellent multi-tasking ability; Strong ability to work under pressure
• BS/BA in translation, English, humanities, communication, computer science or related field
