YOUR ROLE

• Job Purpose (General Function, Primary Objective, Important End result)
• Take charge of inventory and planning of FG/RM/PK , build reasonable inventory structure and decrease inventory day to avoid shortage based on insure production schedule and supply in time.Arrange production weekly as order and forecast, avoid the supply issue.
• Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts,etc)
• According to rolling forecast and open orders comes from customer, arrange purchasing planning, insure production requirement.
• Insure production smoothly and supply in time  .   
• control inventory structure, improve service level .  
• increase NES, reduce inventory cost, reduce inventory day     
• Principal Accountabilities
• According to customer forecast, open orders and sales history, make RM purchasing planning, follow up purchasing planning, insure supply in time and production smoothly. 26%
• Dispose big order/urgent order, check and replenish RM purchasing and expedite, follow up RM arrival, feed back to Master production planning team, avoid shortage and line down; Collect expired or outdated materials which will use in next month to QC to inspect and make extension in advance at the beginning of every month and follow up to make sure production schedule. 30%
• Analysis the future 6 months purchasing requirement every month according  network planning made the future 7 months forecast in P93; Analysis expired reason and submit the scrap of RM  which were expired and can not extend by QC confirmed; Report the shortage items to master production planning 21%
• Estimate the safety stock of RM quarterly; Estimate MOQ and lead time of RM  regularly 10%
• Prepare RM  for regular new product; Check and advise the shared RM for new product; and other works 13%
