Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to faculty/teams concerning the application for national, provincial, municipal, district and university-level talent programs, as well as tracking services and process management;
2. Responsible for the school’s postdoctoral administrator duties and assist in postdoctoral information management;
3. Assist in the development of the school’s disciplines, laboratories, and research platforms by collecting, organizing, and managing non-specialized materials related to talent;
4. Help facilitate connections and communication with other departments in the University regarding talent programs;
5. Undertake other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, overseas higher education background would be a plus;
2. Willing to engage in administrative support work in scientific research team, with 1-2 years of work experience;
3. Serious working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, careful work, good organization and coordination skills;
4. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
5. Good Microsoft Office skills;
6. The ability of fast learning and work independently, show strong sense of responsibility, initiative is a plus;
7. Good team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
Salary and Fringe Benefits
Salary will be comparable to international standards, commensurate with experience and accomplishments. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-Shenzhen, and employee benefits will be provided according to the relevant labor laws of Mainland China as well as CUHK-Shenzhen regulations.
