About the Role

Expense data generation and analysis

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Processing and Analysis (40%)
1. Monthly data process and generation from different source systems to support multi-dimensional financial analysis for GOE & VEA.
2. Prepare data for strategic, budget allocation and rolling forecast.
3. Prepare routine data support for user department.
Digital Solution and Data Structuring (10%)
4. Explore user cases through digital solution to improve expense analytic efficiency and capability.
Budget and Expense Analysis Management system support (40%)
5. Daily maintenance of the system
6. Provide add-value or improvement advice to budget system.
Others (10%)
7. Provide data support to other ad-hoc initiatives required by user department or management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Maths or Statistic

2. At least 5 years related working experience, finance management or financial analysis is an advantage.

3. Validated knowledge in data processing and data analysis, experience in digital tool development is an advantage.

4. Experience in expense budget management system

5. Strong PC applications skills, especially on Excel. Familiar with Power Query / VBA / SQL and other digital tool.

6. Proficient interpersonal skills in English and mandarin

7. Proactive demeanor and resilience in changing environment
