Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to be based in Shenzhen office.

Responsibilities ：

• 配合团队参与项目，保证自身的工作效率和成果质量；

• 能独立完成本专业的工程量计算、并协助完成工程量清单的编写；

• 协助项目完成成本估算、招标文件、评标分析、及中期付款审核；

• 参与同承包人的变更审核和结算报告的核对、及谈判；

• 培养数字敏锐度；

• 向项目经理或直属上司汇报工作；

Minimum Requirements

• 具有国家承认的工程造价、建筑工程管理、或相关专业专科及以上学历；

• 具有造价咨询、建筑及施工行业1年及以上工作经验；

• 能独立完成本专业的工程量计量工作，熟练掌握并使用广联达计价软件；

• 理解并熟悉工程量清单的编制，了解国标清单，能运用定额计价；

• 如工作需要，能接受短期（1-6个月）出差安排；

• 有提供专业技术服务的意识和态度；

• 重视团队合作，有公平公正的专业处事态度；

• 优良的抗压能力，勇于接受挑战，对新事物和观点有较高的接受度

• 获得行业的工程造价或相关专业资格证书；
