Business Development Specialist

Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Business Development Specialist to be based in Shenzhen office.

Responsibilities ：

• 草拟合同，服务计划书及报价书、招标文件；

• 根据客户或业务拓展部门要求，制作并更新市场宣传所需的材料，包括：公司宣传册、项目专类手册、PPT、project sheet、评奖材料及设计师简历等；

• 具体监控各项目的工作进度，并编制更新BD系统；

• 审核合同文件，具体落实合同执行谈判工作以及合同汇总工作；

• 协助各类业务拓展相关活动如工作营、技术研讨会、汇报等对接工作；

• 搜索查找合适公司开拓业务的项目机会；

• 协助部门经理完成其它工作；

Minimum Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 外语要求：听说读写能力强，英语六级或以上水平者佳；

• 熟练运用Adobe Design，会使用CorelDraw或Publishing Collections者优先考虑。

• 具有一定的写作能力，能撰写公文、合同等文件；

• 具备优秀的沟通能力和组织执行能力，时间管理能力强；

• 有良好的团队协作精神。
