English Language Teaching Position at Wenzhou Medical College

Job Description

Qualifications:
1) Native speaker of English

2) healthy, optimistic and responsible

3) M.A. or B.A.+ TEFL/TESOL Certificate from a recognized Institution, with 1 year or above teaching experience preferred

Details of the Position Offered:

1)Workload: 14-16 periods per week (1 period=40-minutes)

2)Working days: Monday-Friday for 16 weeks each semester

3) Duration: Two Semesters (4th week of August to 2nd week of July)
4) Target Students: English Major Freshmen or Sophomore

5) Class Size: around 30 students

6) Class Offered: Listening &Speaking; Public Speaking; Introduction to Western Culture

Salary and Other Benefits:

• monthly salary: RMB 5,000 – 6,000 depending on qualifications matched
• free furnished apartment with computer, internet access, air-conditioner, etc.
• airfare allowance: two-way air tickets for one year contract

4) bonus: RMB 3,000-5,000 for one year contract

5) annual leave: 4-week paid vacation plus public holidays (weekends excluded)

6) shared office

7) airport pick-up on arrival & departure
